$50 Visa Gift Card or $50 Gas Card?

We're having a debate about which is best. Some that people we know are giving out FREE $50 Visa Gift Cards to certain people, but some of us think that - especially these days with high gas prices - it would be better to give out $50 Gas Cards instead. So what do you think? Which sounds better or IS better? Which one would YOU rather receive, a $50 Visa Gift Card or a $50 Gas Card?

27. Gas Card. The Visa gift cards come with alot of stipulations and I believe one of them is they can't be used for gas unless there over 100 cuz gas stations put a freeze of 75 dollars when u use a credit card so then you'd be left with only 25 buks to use at the gas station.
