Wal-Mart Gift Cards?
Does anyone know if Wal-Mart gift cards have hidden charges? I read at their gas stations that if you pay with a Wal-Mart gift card the price per galon is cheaper, but I want to make sure that the gift card does not have hidden charges or cost.
